EMS Ltd are members of the HVCA – the Heating and Ventilation Contractors’ Association.

HVCA membership is open to UK firms engaged in the design, installation, commissioning and/or maintenance of heating, ventilating, refrigeration, air conditioning, ductwork, plumbing, facilities services and energy management systems.

As members, we are required to adhere to the Association's Code of Fair Trading, and to commit to best practice in all our commercial dealings. We also undergo inspection and assessment every three years. This inspection addresses:

• administrative and business systems
• financial and training records
• insurance arrangements
• health and safety
• environmental policies
• equal opportunities policies
• technical competence
