Regular air conditioning service visits are essential to the health of your equipment but what actually happens during a visit? Here we guide you through what happens before, during and after a typical EMS service visit.

Before your service visit

When you become an EMS Ltd customer, we will work out a maintenance schedule for your equipment with you. The frequency of service visits will depend on the criticality of your air conditioning equipment and the frequency of use.

In advance of your service being due, a coordinator will get in contact with you to arrange a visit at a time and day that is suitable to you and your business.

During the service visit

During the service visit an EMS Ltd engineer will report to the site contact. This is a chance to discuss any issues with the equipment so that the engineer can bear these in mind when carrying out the service.

The service of your equipment will be carried out by our engineer in accordance to the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations as well as F-Gas regulations.

After your service visit

You will receive a service report completed by our engineer which will show the work carried out and any issues or faults that have been found. Any subsequent repairs will be discussed with you.

Regular service of your air conditioning equipment is essential to ensure it works to its optimum level and to comply with regulations. If you would like to find out more about our service plans, please get in contact with us here.
