Project description
To regularly service and maintain over 50 air conditioning units located throughout the store’s 40 departments.
Services include:
- pre-booked scheduled monthly servicing
- any necessary repair work
- indoor maintenance carried out between 6am – 9am
- commitment to minimal disruption to business
- advice on running costs and power consumptions
- detailed reports
- EMS reference manual
- technical bulletins
This department store has now signed their maintenance contract for the third year in succession.
