Cleanrooms provide an aseptic environment – essential in many environments including the pharmaceutical and bio-technology sectors.
We have the know-how and experience to create a cleanroom environment from design, through construction to testing and validation.
We work closely with the client to determine the User Requirement Specification (URS), including requirements for expansion, plant redundancy, control and segregation, operation procedures and maintenance.
Once the URS is agreed we draw up a preliminary proposal for discussion, discuss it in more detail, and then agree a final project specification. This discussion on the design is a critical phase of the overall project, and serves to minimise potential delays and additional costs during the construction phase.
Once the installation has been completed, we propose a cleanroom service and maintenance plan, which will be managed by our expert air conditioning maintenance contractors, to ensure that the equipment continues to operate to its optimum efficiency.
