How We Manage Your Contract
Dedicated Team
A dedicated team of professionals will be assigned to your account:
- A Service Manager
- Qualified Engineers
- Central Service Team
Having a specific team gives continuity, and ensures you talk to professionals that know you, your business and your equipment. Detailed contact points ensure you will always have access to a member of your team.
Understanding your plant
On commencement of the contract EMS will perform a site survey. This provides a full breakdown of each unit, its efficiency, state of repair and annual running costs. Replacement proposals and payback calculations can also be provided if required.
Performing the survey ensures the EMS team fully understanding your plant and its operational requirements.
Planned visits
At the start of the contract the frequency and timings of planned maintenance visits is agreed. These will be at regular intervals based on business requirements. A member of your EMS support team will call you to confirm exact dates prior to any visit being made.
Regular review meetings with your Service Manager ensure your EMS team stays up to date with your business requirements, however often that may change, and ensure your EMS team continues to deliver the service you require.
Reporting
During each routine visit a site specific Service Report for each individual system will be completed, identifying the service status of each item of equipment, and detailing any remedial works required. A copy of this service report will be left with you on site.
Site Reference Manual
You will be provided with a Site Reference Manual to be held on site. This will contain information about your plant; asset register, service reports, records of breakdowns/repairs together will relevant legislation updates. This gives you an on site point of reference for your plant and equipment.
Keeping you compliant
In today’s busy world it’s not always easy keeping up to date with changing legislation that’s why EMS Ltd has a policy to ensure its clients are fully aware of current and proposed legislation that may affect their Air Conditioning plant.
Your EMS team will highlight any plant that does not comply with regulations now, or will be affected by future regulations. You will also get advice on how to update these systems in the most cost effective and efficient way.
As members of REFCOM EMS takes its responsibility to the environment extremely seriously. In line with REFCOM guidelines EMS operates a refrigerant tracking system. You will receive regular status reports of the refrigerants held, and in use, on your site, a useful tool with increasing legislation on these hazardous substances.
